Opportunity

Opportunity is not always there,
you don't know when it's coming,
once you see it, you have to grab it and secure it,
if you miss it, it will be forever gone,
no turning back, it wont come back to you,
even u beg for another chance.


I have an opportunity, i saw it coming,
but im afraid to grab it, i mess around with it,
now its lost, no where to be found,
and when i think back,
only i notice it's meant for me,
but i didn't take it seriously,
im afraid i might get broken again,
but now im worst than broken, im shattered,
i tried to regain back but once i think of it, i'd fall off again,
hoping i could rewind time and really grab it and secure it,
but i can't, now im lost, hollow, and lifeless,
trying to keep myself busy to forget it, but i can't,
every time i think about it, it hurts me, not pain but heartache
hope that im given another chance to make it right again. -KK-
